Tiers are cumulative — you pay the tier price for each range. A minimum annual order value of 180 € applies. Pricing applies to the Enterprise edition only — Community Edition is always free.

A device is any Windows endpoint where AppProfileSafe Enterprise is executed — whether via GUI or CLI. Virtual machines count as devices. Licenses are billed annually. Community Edition does not require a license.
Enterprise licenses are bound to an Active Directory domain or Azure tenant UUID. One license covers all devices within your organization’s identity boundary.
The Enterprise license unlocks CLI automation, Event Pipeline (SIEM & Webhooks), Compliance Reports, and email support. All other features — GUI, unlimited apps, simulation, mapping, local audit — are included in Community Edition at no cost.
All updates during the license period are included at no additional cost — feature releases, bug fixes, and new app definition templates. Enterprise customers receive email support from the development team.

Community Edition is the free, permanent version of AppProfileSafe. It includes the full GUI with unlimited applications, simulation, dry run, preflight validation, mapping engine, local audit logging, and all core migration features. No registration, no time limit, no app limit. Use it for as many devices as you need.
For Enterprise licensing: any Windows endpoint where AppProfileSafe is executed — whether via GUI or CLI. A device is counted when AppProfileSafe runs on it, regardless of how often it’s used. Virtual machines count as devices. Community Edition does not require device counting.
When your migration project requires CLI automation (for SCCM, Intune, or Scheduled Task deployment), SIEM integration for audit compliance, webhook forwarding, or automated Compliance Reports. Community Edition handles manual GUI-based migrations at any scale without a license.
